Set in an area of major redevelopment that has seemingly built itself around a potential gem, one of our clients’ Punch Pubs, city centre outlets need bringing back into life, including vacant upper floors.

Various thoughts on the offer and new use for the unused floors had been considered by our client with a main objective being to create something relevant, sustainable and distinctive. ABA were on hand to help guide this journey, with both location, marketplace and building analysis all being undertaken.

With all avenues explored, along with C4 moving next door but one, a place to eat, drink, socialise and rest, with a hint of exclusivity is sure to be a winner.

With a well negotiated Listed Building Approval now in place and once the “Play” button can be pressed Following the pause in March, ABA are excited to see one of our latest designs heading to site and to create a place of retreat within the hub of a busy commercial neighbourhood.
