If there is something ABA are great at, it’s establishing and building brands!

Having previously worked together, co-founder of Brewhouse and Kitchen approached ABA to work on the plan to expand the independent brew-pub group both in size and geography - now currently at 24 sites.

Initial projects included the remodel of its existing large scale southern-based pubs, but the expansion focus came with new build and batch acquisition sites. We haves worked on a spectrum of building styles from large city centre venues to modern new build units along with one or two listed building gems thrown into the mix too.

Every ABA skill had a role to play, involving our Architectural, Technical, and Creative Design Teams
with simultaneous projects each being overseen by one of our highly skilled Project Managers.

In addition, our strength in cost management was an essential support to our client in ensuring that budget remained manageable, with ABA challenging contractors and suppliers where needed and working on alternative methods to get the best value for each project.
