One of the latest SIG developments ABA has had the pleasure to be involved in, is the development of a new build 136,000 SQ FT National Logistics Hub at the at the strategically located Valor Park, Heathrow.

This immense scale unit includes 5 level access doors, 15 dock level bays, with over 10,000 linear metres of racking - essential when part of a well-established and well-connected industrial hub.

Now operating as SIG West London, the development combines end of lease Heathrow and Ruislip sites under one roof, with the ability to stock 30% more product lines and increased delivery slot capacity via 30no. delivery vehicles.

Employees can now enjoy working in brighter modern office and warehousing spaces with quality meeting and rest facilities, along with a plane spotters paradise.

Delivered for SIG with ABA’s full level of Architectural Design and Project Management services including the appointed role of Principal Designer required under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.
