With a wealth of knowledge in restaurant design, and experience in working within various retail settings, ABA was set us up perfectly to implement the KFC Franchise on behalf of our client Moto Hospitality at their Scotch Corner Service Area.

With template information provided, our not so secret recipe of organisation and coordination proved invaluable to the successful installation of the new KFC Franchise operation.

Works were completed over 2-phases with the retail space reconfiguration and enabling works being completed by our client’s contractor team, followed on with the KFC approved contractor team completing the fit-out. Both phases were coordinated and overseen by an ABA Technical Designer and Project Manager team.

In addition to Architectural, Design and Contract Administrator services, ABA completed the role of Principal Designer.

Our ongoing relationship with Moto Hospitality has schemes in the pipeline for similar franchise installations at various Moto Service Areas including Greggs, McDonalds and Costa Coffee.
