TRADE COUNTERS

RECONSIDERING THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY

TECHNICAL DESIGN / MERCHANDISING / PROJECT COORDINATION

Alongside their core supply and distribution activities, several our clients such as SIG and Carpet & Flooring have increasingly introduced trade counters to achieve their objective of providing customers with the best possible experience and knowledge of their products and services.

SIG have embarked on a roll-out of refurbishments within some of their core business, in particular SIG Interiors and SIG Roofing, to deliver on this objective and support its customers when visiting a branch.

The extensive refurbishment programme included the expansion of the shop floor, with new trade counters and additional display space, giving customers greater exposure to product range. By reconsidering each branch through the customer’s eyes and assessing their journey, a dynamic, welcoming and modern environment was created to enhance the in-store experience.

All works were undertaken with the lead of an experienced ABA Project Manager, with design support from ABA’s Architectural and Technical Design Teams.
